@BritishGasHelp It is, particularly when we live in a one bedroom flat and have been paying British Gas over £100 per month in electricity bills for the last 5 years! I’ve contacted the bank who, unlike British Gas, have been helpful and easy to deal with. Let me know if you can do anything more
