@DrLKVaughan @DrAsifQasim @BootsUK They did nothing wrong. Pharmacy first is only for 7 specific conditions. If you don’t have one of those conditions you will be referred. Infected wound is not one of those so was inappropriate to go to the pharmacy for antibiotics.
