Refusing a handshake has serious meaning in the Western society. If I visit different cultures, I conform to their rules no matter how much I don´t like them.

@Jechiel14 @RachelMoiselle They don't need to shake hands within their communities or countries. But the secular society has the right to reasonably enforce its own customs. What bothers me is that only religious people are allowed to have weird sensibilities, but I am told to take a chill pill.

@RachelMoiselle @Jechiel14 I don´t know about you, but I was brought up to believe that we should shake hands even with enemies. That is why it is so deeply offensive to be refused handshake. You basically say that everyone except Western normies has a right to demand special treatment.
