🚨‼️Cut Completed‼️🚨
I started this cut at 185.5 lbs left and finished at 173 lbs right.
I concluded my gaining phase on 4000 cals and initially dropped down to 3000 cals to start the cutting phase, then incrementally reduced cals to 2800 and 2600 respectively (only 1 week of the latter).
The process took a little longer than expected due to me being able to keep progressing my lifts quite deep into the cut and because I decided to overconsume junk food for 4 days over the Xmas period (naughty naughty).
We have cut down to a lean position (BF% estimates welcome) to give ourselves a big runway to begin a prolonged gaining phase. Calories have been bumped from 2600 to 3200.

Disclaimer: The photo on the right was taken on the last day of my cut after my final gym session where I felt quite flat and depleted, no image sorcery applied. I hope to regain strength and fill out a bit in the coming weeks!!

Yes! You’ve crafted hell of a physique in such a short space of time & still have so much untapped potential.
Most get their biggest physique change in the first 3-6 months. So anyone who thinks this is unattainable likely hasn’t even locked things in for this amount of time.
Imagine wasting your time making inaccurate statements re people’s physiques online when you could just work on your own?
@BlackLabelAdvsr@BostonBiceps_@BenjaminYeezus@DeanTTraining The fact you think his physique is unobtainable naturally is just you telling on yourself that you’ve never dialled in your training & nutrition for a sustained period of time.
This reminded me of a trade who came to our house, tidy guy very awake & I enjoyed shooting the shit with him
I offered him a can of zero sugar coke and he declined because it contains Aspartame (which is fine)
The confusion for me came when he relayed his plans to have a few beers on the weekend & then realising he was 50 lbs+ overweight
How did he get to a place where 30%+ BF and beer is deemed ok, but Aspartame is not?
Maybe another case of trying to major in the minors to distract from doing the necessary/harder work.
