I quit my W2 tech sales job in January to run my wife and I's cleaning company full time.
6 months later we just had our first $40k month in revenue with a week to go in June!
Margins should shake out to around 30-34%.
This journey has been crazy, but we're having a blast. Very grateful.
Haven’t listened to the radio in a long time so figured I’d give it a shot today.
Went to the first station and they were playing Grenade by Bruno Mars.
I’ll try again in 5 years.
My wife booked 7 cleans this weekend for our cleaning business, $2500 in rev.
She said word for word “I’m that girl, keep feeding me leads I’ll keep closing them”
I knew I picked a good one🤣😭😭

Cleaning bros - what do you guys do if a recurring customer constantly has dog piss on the tile floors that needs to be cleaned up.
We typically don’t touch anything with dog feces/urine. Trying to decide what to say to customer.
@PfeifDaddy57 I would disagree. We call all lead forms that come in from our website and close around 50-60% only calling, never text. I think both can work
10 cleans today, all going well. 4 new reviews in the last 24 hours, 3 new bookings today, and I’m at the gym at 1pm on a Friday.
Running this buisness ain’t half bad, most days lol
Nothing crazy, just a 4-part manual FU sequence. If the customer says clean goes well, ask for review; follow up next day saying you think the link was broken so you're going to resend it (easy none pushy nudge), 3rd ask goes out 48 hours later, last one another 48 hours later.
4 asks within 7 days is the sweet spot. We are close to 500 reviews in about 2 years currently. But it's manual, and I know you're the automation guys😁
