🚨 A verified creator lost everything just hours later.

This is the case of @SMBGT — and @NealMohan should take a serious look at it.

According to the creator, he started building his channel in 2021, reached 100,000+ subscribers, created Original Transformed Shorts, and spent years building his community.

Then @YouTube officially gave him a Verification Badge. But according to his account, just around 3 hours later, his channel was terminated for “Spam/Scam.”

He says his appeal was rejected within around 2 hours, without receiving a proper Human/Manual Review.

This is bigger than one creator. When an automated system can affect years of a creator’s work, creators deserve a genuine opportunity for a real person to review the case, evidence, and explanation.

@TeamYouTube should investigate this case properly, while @YouTubeCreators should listen to the concerns creators are raising.

And @NealMohan — creators are asking a simple question: Will AI make the decision, or will a real human finally review the creator’s case?

@FTC, the concerns creators are raising about automated enforcement and meaningful human review also deserve attention.

We are not asking for special treatment.

We are asking for fair review, transparency, and REAL HUMAN REVIEW.

YouTube continues showing ads on my films while excluding me from revenue sharing. My channel has a 98% positive like rating among viewers who rated the videos. Yet the responses I’ve received haven’t identified a specific scene or explained which stories they consider interchangeable.What a mockery. You keep running ads on my work, but I’m supposed to keep creating for free?
Even my lawyer received a template response. Have you ever had a lawyer raise a formal concern, only to receive a generic reply that doesn’t address it?
Even a local public works department is expected to answer for its decisions. Why should a multibillion-dollar company be any different?
The message this sends is: “We don’t give a shit about you, your viewers or the legal concerns you’ve raised.”
That is how this treatment feels. A mockery of accountability and a slap in the face after everything I’ve put into this channel. How ruthless has this become?

@TeamYouTube, I need help with a very confusing Child Safety removal

YouTube removed 3 of my ~3-year-old 2D countryball Shorts under the Child Safety policy. Support says they were human-reviewed and allegedly contain mistreatment of minors

But the characters are fictional countryballs representing countries. There are no minors or child characters in these videos, and no physical, sexual, or emotional mistreatment of any minor

I’ve repeatedly asked for clarification and a proper contextual review, but I keep receiving the same response that the decision is final

If these are countryball videos, not videos involving minors, how does the Child Safety policy apply here?

I’m asking @TeamYouTube to please look into this and help get these videos properly reviewed with their actual context
