My morning read. I will never stop cycling for the abused @SueNyathi as I prepare for this November 16 days of activism campaign these stories I carry with me as I cycle @rideabuseorg#WomensMonth
World AIDS Day takes place on 1 December each year. It’s an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from an AIDS-related illness.

Day 1 was a success. This is one of the homes I cycled too yesterday. I will share their wish list and together we can make tangible change to victims of GBV and Substance Abuse #abusestopswithme#16DaysofActivism https://t.co/dobZnVQrGI
@coach_lauram It is the only way to get seen as someone who is keen to learn about self and is confident enough to say, “Hey I need help” there is a sense of strength in understanding powerlessness. We men often think it’s the END. Not true
I am only 1 man. And I have managed to cycle 10 000km in 5 years with 1 message #abusestopswithme I need resources to aid the work I am called to do. We @rideabuseorg need money to reach the affected, please donate or pledge https://t.co/IG98zsBVvW
Her bravery inspires me to keep going. She says to me before I leave “You are a strange man! You want nothing from us. All you trying to do is help. For me that’s not normal, the men I know TAKE. Thank you please don’t stop cycling “ #abusestopswithme@rideabuse
There is no shame in owning your story and from it comes great strength and hope for the next person. I am blessed to have met others who are on a journey of self mastery and transformation. This is why I cycle! @rideabuseorg#abusestopswithme
