Morocco 🇲🇦 have been eliminated from the ENC qualifiers after a 2–0 defeat to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦.

Congratulations to the Saudi team, and congratulations to Saudi Arabia on this team and its federation.

When I speak, let me speak.

The reality is simple: we need to work seriously starting from now, If we want to build stronger national teams and have better results in the next qualifiers two years from now, there is no substitute for consistent effort.

Saudi Arabia already has three splits of its national league (the Saudi eLeague) every season, giving players regular competition and the opportunity to develop. Meanwhile, Morocco has just one tournament a year, or sometimes one every two years. That is simply not enough to grow esports in a country that was presented as a regional leader in the field during MGEX.

It’s time to focus on building, not finding excuses. The federation must work harder to secure sustainable funding, attract private sponsors, and build strong partnerships with both the public and private sectors. Only then it can invest in developing esports and create a sustainable ecosystem in Morocco.

Not qualifying for both Valorant and League of Legends is simply unacceptable.

That being said, thanks to the players for giving it their all. 🫶🏻

I don’t know who thought putting North Africa + Middle east/Asia in the same qualifier for 1 SPOT was a good idea.

We are spending more time to argue and calculate which server is best than the actual game.
