@USPS So, why did my pkg to be delivered today leave my local post office and travel to a different city? This is a constant issue with you for the past 2 months. At least 1 pkg made it. Seriously, you should be dissolved at this point. This is malicious incompetence.
month, point to a critical failure of your sorting systems. I received my pkg from S. Korea via @FedEx in 3 days. My @USPS pkgs that are misrouted are taking about 9 days to arrive. Do better.
@usps You may want to hire new programmers. Your current ones wre incompetent. Do you not see the messages across social media about pkgs being misrouted by hundreds of miles and looping through DCs? My 3 pkgs that misrouted to Denver and my current pkg that's in CA, all this
4 consecutive pkgs shipped via @USPS post-Memorial Day. All 4 late. 1 misrouted & arrived 9 days late only after intervention. 1 is currently MIA after departing from a site 2.5 hours away over 24 hours ago. Affecting everyone across the US.
Is this being done on purpose?
@USPS And, it gets better. Two more pkgs, immediately after these, all late. A second pkg misrouted to the SAME distribution center again, 600 miles away, with a third following close behind. And, they are in an infinite loop.
@AskCiti Hi Cynthia, Can you please respond publicly with a telephone number that former Citi Shell card holders may call to receive access to their legacy accounts? I've tried both the gas card and the Shell MC numbers and the accounts are purged from the system. Thanks.
Well, @Shell and @Citi. What a mess! I activated the new card, set up auto-pay, and tried to use the card tonight to fill up. Now, I'm being punished with 2 cancelled trxns but fully posted $100 charges, an auto-pay that will cause a double-payment, and ZERO customer service.
@askcomenity I see that all of Comenity is down yet again. @Sephora and @ultabeauty credit card sites are BOTH down. I haven't tried my other accounts yet. Is this another "complex system update" like the one that caused chaos in June? Just in time for the holidays!
@jbthe25th @kitten1618x @askcomenity You should see that your payment has now posted. All of mine show as posted; however, still no checking debits and no email confirmations. Payments disappear from view for about 24 hours before they are posted. The transaction date is the date the payment was scheduled.
@jbthe25th @kitten1618x @askcomenity I just checked my accounts online, yet again. My balances are zeroed out (paid off). I can't tell if this is due to my initial payments or the payments I scheduled today. Still no email confirmations. Transaction histories do NOT show posted payments. Check your accounts.
@jbthe25th @kitten1618x @askcomenity You are a lucky man. I just got through to a rep and my original payment is NOT in the system. The only payment on their end is the one I scheduled today.
@askcomenity I scheduled some online payments on 6/30 to be paid on 7/1. The payments were deleted this morning. Why? I've rescheduled new payments today but once again have failed to receive email confirmations. Are any online payments or EasyPay payments actually posting?
@NancyNally@ChloeMarch10 @TheEvGeller @askcomenity Their systems have been doing an exemplary job of dinging credit reports. That's the one thing that's still working during this "update/maintenance" that wasn't adversely impacted.
