@llewelyn20 Yes schools value TAs but the pay is awful and the stress unbearable. We have just had OfSTED an awful experience who wants to be paid crap for that stress. No one will want to work in schools soon and then what will happen

Non stop criticism pressure and the demands for more more more with no consideration for their wellbeing and mental health. It’s just like they don’t matter. It makes me sad seeing the desperation sometimes.
