@PeterRDuffy1 @ChaseSupport If you get escalated to tier 3 expect a 4 hour wait after getting bounced around to at LEAST 4 agents before that due to getting hung up on and not called back or case escalation. Also, beware of agents who don’t relay your correct information to their managers,terrible service
@NIGHTVIE@emirates We couldn’t get through to BKK airlines on the phone, had to show up at the airport at 5am this morning. Both Emirates and JetBlue said because we booked through chase sapphire as 3rd party they had to help us and they didn’t. JetBlue has now stepped up and is helping us 🙏
@emirates PLEASE help! We are stranded in Koh Sumai in the Typhoon and all flights got canceled out of the island. We will now miss our flight BKK - NYC tomorrow and are being told only option is to buy new tickets and no economy seats left! We are desperate to get home please.
@ChaseSupport Why hasn’t @ChaseSupport called me? We spent 8 hours talking with Chase Travel, bounced to myriad agents, and escalated only to have to wait 4 hours between escalations (now tier 3). Nobody helps, all imply that a trip home will cost thousands more! This is psychological abuse!

@ChaseSupport@ChaseSupport has failed to address the fact that Typhoon Pabuk has left thousands of people like my husband and I stranded in southern Thailand and unable to make connecting flight in Bangkok. Chase Travel Rewards expects us to buy new tickets for thousands of USD! Unethical!

@NIGHTVIE@emirates Yes! and they rescheduled us for the same time our flight back home is supposed to leave from BKK. Unreal how unhelpful @Chase . @emirates and @JetBlue have been. 6 hrs of trying not 2 get charged another 10k to change a flight we never canceled! @bangkok_airways should pay!
