@edfenergy after your engineers failed to turn up for an appointment in OCTOBER, they have still not been able to reschedule a date to remove our gas meter! I’ve been told this has been “escalated” but nothing happens! This is urgent! Terrible customer service!

Hi! Have been notified our car is recalled for safety yet we cannot get hold of anyone to fix this issue. We need to urgent resolve this as we are due to drive to Devon tomorrow with our 1 year old, and cannot do that in an unsafe car!

@MercedesBenz We have tried, they just say the car “should” be safe to drive and the don’t have appointments to July, or just hang up on us. Knowing there is a safety fault with the car, this is not acceptable.

@virginmedia looking for some help, broadband is currently not working, and unable to get answers as to why. Have an engineer booked for tomorrow but this is inconvenient and need answers prior to this ideally. TIA

@santanderukhelp I keep receiving emails addressed to someone else, regarding their account. I have replied to emails, asking them to stop, and spent over an hour on the phone in which I was told my email address would be removed from the account in question. It has not.

@santanderukhelp No I does not ask me to click any links. I receive emails addressed to this guy every couple of weeks. Santander have agreed they accidentally had my email address on file against the account but assured me they removed it and I would no longer receive these mails, yet I still am
