Long time coming, but now it's possible to support the incredible researchers working on catastrophism, all in one place!
All members get a curated feed from the researchers, the data, the library and the podcast.
Premium members also get a private chat with @SunWeatherMan, me and the researchers who join, credit in our publications, and a free ticket to the annual live event.
Its difficult for all of us out here, so I greatly appreciate all the support my friends.
Excited to announce that the CRA has appointed Stephanie Buchanan (@stephXskystory) as an Affiliated Researcher!
Members can follow her work and the work of every CRA researcher in one place at https://t.co/akRaoV6o7Q
Havenbound is officially live.
We hope you appreciate the effort that went into reaching this point.
And more importantly, that it can become a valuable asset in your search for a haven.
After nearly a year of building, researching, arguing with AI, and validating the physics, we're finally opening Havenbound to the public. The next decade is going to be a wild one... come find your haven.
Ancient texts describe beings so tall that Goliath looks like an ant next to them.
1. Giants of 1 Enoch — ~1,372 m / 4,500 ft
One Greek textual tradition of 1 Enoch 7 gives the offspring of the Watchers an incredible height of 3,000 cubits. This is the tallest numerical description among the traditions shown here.
2. Giants of 1 Enoch — ~137 m / 450 ft
The Ethiopic tradition preserves a much smaller, but still enormous, figure of 300 cubits. At this size, one of these beings would still tower over most modern skyscrapers.
3. Adam — ~45.7 m / 150 ft
In Talmud Sanhedrin 100a, Rabbi Meir’s tradition describes Adam as 100 cubits tall. Another Talmudic tradition goes even further, saying that Adam originally stretched from the Earth to the heavens before being diminished.
4. Gilgamesh — ~5.5 m / 18 ft
The ancient Mesopotamian tradition describes Gilgamesh as 11 cubits tall, with an enormous chest and stride. The measurement survives in versions of the Epic of Gilgamesh.
5. Rephaim — ~3.66 m / 12 ft
Jubilees 29:9 describes the Rephaim as giants ranging from 10 cubits down to 7 cubits. The one visualized here is the 8-cubit Rephaim, around 12 feet tall.
6. Goliath — ~2.97 m / 9 ft 9 in
The Masoretic Hebrew text of 1 Samuel 17:4 gives Goliath’s height as six cubits and a span—roughly 9 feet 9 inches. Other ancient manuscripts preserve a shorter reading of four cubits and a span.
Chulliat et al. (2026). "Our results reveal a pronounced [secular acceleration] pulse centered in 2022 and provide evidence for a geomagnetic jerk in 2024, confirmed by recent observatory data from Western Europe and North America. // We found that the performance of both [IGRF-14] models has already deteriorated in all three components, especially the Y and Z components, even less than one year after the models were developed, suggesting the recent occurrence of non-linear SV with significant intensity and geographical extent." - an indication of a quickening field.

Best workout move I’ve made since following @CoachFHM years ago…
Flipping order of exercises each time and giving each their own day in the books.
Example:
Push day 1:
3 30% Incline bench, 2 dips, 3 military press, 1 flys, 2 lateral raise, 1 tricep isolation
Push day 2:
4 flys, 4 lateral raises, 3 tricep isolation, 1 15% incline bench, 1 DB shoulder press
Slightly faster progress in the books. Better/longer pump, visible difference in the last 4 weeks.
Other options:
Back/Biceps
1: row, pull ups, bicep curl, reverse fly
2: chin ups, reverse fly, row, pull ups, bicep curl
Leg Days:
1: squat, RDL, Leg ext, adductor
2: leg press, leg ext, leg curl, abductor
(That’s what I do- it’s a 6 day rotation with a rest day and a light cardio/abs day)
They assist each other in the stats, but more importantly this method makes sure you are training the muscles various ways and to be versatile. The muscles look better too AND when your body isn’t “used to one way” you burn more calories while you work out.
Easy win in this tough tough game. Take easy wins.
Pair the diet with the right habits.
🏋️ Strength train
🚶 Walk regularly
🥩 Keep protein high
😴 Sleep enough
📉 Lose gradually
The goal isn’t just to get lighter.
It’s to lose fat while keeping as much muscle as possible.
EM Solver Update 05: the daily SWARM test is now fully passing!
I’m adding more SWARM modes and testing how the solver behaves across different frequencies.
The first really low frequency test exposed a brand new numerical issue 😭, so I’m working through that before scaling up.
We're getting closer to the full multi-mode SWARM response model...
