S/O to all the single parents out there. Idk how you all do it. You guys are truly amazing. Thank you mom for everything you do.

Be a "BIG PICTURE" Person
Put every situation into perspective
Hit pause
UR choices in every situation make UR life. There’s a bunch of tiny pictures i/s the big picture itself
Ask
What difference does this really make in the BIG PICTURE?
If it's not a big deal, don't make it 1!

[Teddy Mitrosilis @TMitrosilis]

Navy SEALs have a saying.

You may find it helpful.

When something sucks, they look at each other and say:

"FULL BENEFIT"

It’s an instant mindset shift.

• Hiking and it starts pouring rain?
• Driving and your car breaks down?
• Working on a project and lost a draft?

FULL BENEFIT.

***

LESSON: Adversity is an opportunity

The message is simple.

Every adversity is an opportunity.

• To grow
• To learn
• To evolve
• To get stronger
• To become better

These moments forge us if we let them.

The next time you're facing something hard, welcome it.

Work through the process.

Learn the lessons.

Reap the full benefit.

I played (warmed the bench) on the best college lacrosse team in the country.

And honestly, it wasn't a smooth ride.

I went from sick, injured, and the worst player to a Most Improved award.

But it changed my approach to life.

Here are 8 lessons that may change you too🧵

[Coach Shapiro @CoachShaps_]

It was a year for the Dawgs Thank you all for making this year memorable. It wasn’t easy but we kept it moving. S/O to the old dawgs that helped lay the foundation for these new Dawgs to thrive. #DmidDawgs #YeahBaby

No matter what happens or how far U seem 2 be away from where U want 2 be, never stop believing that U will somehow make it
Have an unrelenting belief that things will work out, they may not happen today, but they will happen.
Persist & persevere, UR desired path remains possible
