It seems @snbalahli has created two email IDs : complaints and contactus for decorative purposes; emails sent are not read, customers get a one liner : contact customer care number - no way to reach them to explain an issue and get a proper response!!

Requesting @MiebachMichael to see and clarify what guarantees @Mastercard gives to cardholders of @MastercardMENA or just provide a weak and unverified network of so-called merchants to banks like @snbalahli
@Mastercard touts full protection for credit card holders and it is a white lie; yes, zero KYC for allowing fraudsters to create accounts with ease and cheat gullible people - puts the responsibility on banks, does nothing to access details from merchants - non-regulated
Tell me, if it applies rigid rules to check veracity of merchants, asking for KYC docs periodically to allow use of network, will it be possible for merchants to cheat? Can’t it access fraudsters accounts and see the trail of money ? It cares of its profits and no checks

Unfortunately @snbalahli doesn’t respond to emails and provide proper answers to queries of customers - the mail IDs are meant for auto response or decorator purposes - @SAMA_GOV needs to conduct investigation to provide protection !
