@GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp Nearly 20 years a customer, and your billing system glitched, grabbed a client’s card, & charged it for my hosting. Spent an hour fighting for a refund just to protect my server data. Is this how you treat 2-decade loyalty? (Ref: 4461188711)

@hulu_support @hulu_support yes the ability to move profiles between accounts when a user wants to keep their history but start a new account or add to an existing account. Also, better clear communication with customer service as I've spent 3hrs on tech support and no resolution!

@hulu @DisneyPlus Over 2+ hours on the phone with @hulu_support with no resolution. What’s frustrating is this issue was already solved once before by another rep last month🤦🏽‍♂️

@hulu_support @hulu despite my history as a loyal customer for over 10 years, there has been no resolution. The proposed solution @hulu_support, is to pay an additional subscription fee to retain 6 years of @DisneyPlus data, it's very disappointing as a loyal customer. Ticket #109911935

@hulu_support Yes. It doesn’t have to do with errors. It has to do with my accounts for Hulu and Disney+. Basically losing one of my profiles that’s been built for 6-7 years.
