We are given penalties that are not penalties and we are told penalties that should be given to other teams that our penalties are not given to other teams.

@bigten @NCAA Matt Rhule told your referees that it should’ve been a delay of game penalty to which they said no and what is the specific rule state when you ask that exact question if a NCAA kicker kicks the ball after a timeout, should it be delay of game?

@Kepler_PhD @GvHawk @bigten @NCAA Guess you don’t know how to read a rulebook do you?! I’m sure the big 10 would take you as a ref. All you have to do is apply and not pay attention to what the rules are, how they read to ensure that you apply them properly.
