My theory is that most YouTubers (even the most successful) have no idea why one video does well and another doesn’t.

Guru’s will tell you they know tho 😂

It’s okay to not know but you do need to be consistently showing up for some videos to pop.

@chamath Great idea! I would keep it more raw and real feeling. The whole two angle thing already makes it feel like a corporate video. People want to see who the real Chamath is and what it’s like being you + hearing thoughts/lessons/insights

Does anyone edit like this? I feel like you would be so likely to miss good footage. Even when I tell my editors to watch through all the footage they often will miss a few good shots.

I just can’t see this being that helpful for most editors. What do you think?
