QUESTION: what would you change about the NCDAO ?
DEITCH: i don’t know that 3 minutes is enough *for most of us* up here
💥Deitch goes on to blast the abhorrent texts from NCDA’s ex-detective Proctor and then doubles down on his call for the IMMEDIATE resignation of Morrissey💥
📌 EMERGENCY HEARING CALLED DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OF PROCTORS DEPOSITION
Judge Gildea isn't just taking Michael Proctor's emergency motion at face value.
In a hearing set for Monday morning, the Court ordered Proctor's side to explain: 🔹 When counsel learned of the witness's unavailability 🔹 When Karen Read's attorneys were notified 🔹 Why deposition preparation couldn't happen today or over the weekend 🔹 And provide support for the claimed witness unavailability
That's not a rubber stamp. That's a judge demanding answers.
With Proctor's deposition scheduled for June 8, the timing of this last-minute request is raising serious questions. Karen Read's team has been pushing for sworn testimony, and now the Court wants to know exactly why it can't proceed as planned.

Michael Morrissey hand picked Michael Proctor to work in his corrupt Norfolk County District Attorney's office. As you read Proctor's texts and self admittance that he planted evidence in other cases, we can all thank Michael Morrissey for selecting the bottom of the barrel.
Karen Read said in a "Today Show" interview that John O'Keefe, whom she was cleared of killing, was a victim of “institutional corruption” in law enforcement, the day after filing a bombshell lawsuit. https://t.co/aIRxYqt18P
Former U.S. Attorney and Suffolk DA Rachael Rollins is urging criminal defendants investigated by disgraced and former cops Michael Proctor and Sean Goode to review their cases. https://t.co/WAcBMYBP5t
Ok, I’m gonna use my 25 years of political experience in elected office and running campaigns. With 5 candidates in the primary and all things being equal, Conner needs just 21% of the vote to win. It doesn’t matter how hated he and Morrissey are, an incumbent with that many years in the establishment, goes into a race with at least 35%-40% built in. He’s got the donors and union support to show this.
1v1 he would be toast. But @DoctorTurtleboy is 100% correct when he says Connor is the favorite.
Thanks to @TheYoungJurks for playing the debate today. My limited observations are that Connor and @adamdeitch are the heavy favorites. The other two men running seem to just want something to do this summer, with all due respect. The Lee lady seems very smart but also speak like a corporate HR lady. The main hurdle for Deitch seems to be @djunaperkins. I like her. But if they want to beat Connor, those two NEED to unite for the betterment of Norfolk County. Make Perkins your Chief ADA and hit the trail together. Take the office by storm and clean it out.
Anything else is gonna lead to Connor fulfilling another Morrissey term. Mark my words. #freekarenread #justiceforsandrabirchmore #cantoncoverup
A federal judge rejected former Stoughton police detective Matthew Farwell’s request to toss evidence against him in his trial for the death of Sandra Birchmore. https://t.co/Cy3gnRWqRK
BREAKING:
Disgraced ex-MA state trooper Michael Proctor just filed an emergency motion to delay his scheduled deposition Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the Karen Read wrongful death suit.
"Bear" claims he's "unavailable."
More than 15 lawyers had cleared their schedules to be there, and the racist, sexist crooked cop just decides to be a no-show.
Read attorney Damon Seligson just said on my show his team will be filing a response for the judge, who is already very unhappy with the delayts.
Trial can't begin, Seligson says, until 18 months from now, at the earliest.
@amcuomo1257@HenryBl58377009 If you’re ok with cops bragging about planting evidence, then by all means continue to be a cuck. Clearly an anonymous twitter user defending a dirty cop isn’t someone I have any interest in convincing.
Why is the Town of Canton fighting me tooth and nail - including defying the Supervisor of Records’ prior ruling in my favor - on Rafferty’s emails from late April 2024?
Today, the Supervisor agreed with me. Again.
