Rotus takes another shot at Rufai.
"Rufai, you just displayed a basic misunderstanding of how financial statements work."

Rufai had faulted both KPMG and Ernst & Young for not giving an indication of how bad things are, with the CBN in their audited financial reports.

According to Rotus, CBN should have been the one to come out willingly with that information, from January 2023 to date, not the audit giants whose audit covered 2015 to 2022.

Rufai ignored him, but two questions from me:

1. Did the CBN financials suddenly become bad from January 2023 to date? Were things sparkling from 2015 to 2022?

2. Why did the Audited financial statements not contain "qualified statements" from the auditors?

3. What info did JP Morgan have that the auditors didn't have?

Safe to say the fireworks have not ended.

The PEPT should disqualify former governor Tinubu based on the overwhelming honest evidences presented by the 3 petitioners to the PEPC

Re-run or run-offs would be unfair and would only prolong the process of electing the credible and substantial president of Nigeria .

The tribunal must make its decision based only on the facts and evidence without any fear or favor.

Any other approach would be a disservice to the good and patriotic people of Nigeria.

I read this morning that Peter Obi denied any form of merger between him, Atiku, and Kwakwanso yesterday at the Edo rally. This is one of the reasons I don't buy into the merger idea. Obi is going to milk it and position himself as the most sought-after politician even after coming distant third in the last election.

However, a merger is important now because there is an urgent need for a viable opposition now that Tinubu has cornered everyone. Tinubu has cornered politicians across the Party. From PDP (Wike and his boys) to LP (DG Okupe) to NNPP (a faction). And if care is not taken, we are going to slip into one major party system.

In the case of Atiku v. Chicago State University, in a matter concerning Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in far away Chicago Illinois, the court documents established that it has jurisdiction over the matter under US law, which authorises any interested person to request that a US District Court order the discovery of documents and testimony for use in a foreign proceeding from persons who "reside or are found" within its District."

The court, therefore, held that Atiku satisfied all statutory requirements as he is an interested person and the respondent, Chicago State University, is a public university established and existing under the laws of Illinois, with its principal campus and offices in Chicago.
It said it would not hesitate to grant the prayers of Atiku.

The Minister of Works, David Umahi, has promised to begin the inspection and assessment of all federal roads in two weeks.
He stated this on Monday while speaking during a press conference at the Federal Ministry of Works in Abuja, after the swearing-in ceremony of 45 ministers.

According to him, under his leadership, bureaucratic processes will be a thing of the past, as no file will be expected to be left unattended for more than two hours without genuine explanations.

He said: “I am going to be training tomorrow. I will offer my address to you tomorrow. I have indicated to see the contractors. And after taking briefings from the Heads of Departments, we will meet with the contractors because I am not an office person, I am a field person. God giving us life, with some of you in that department, I will be inspecting the Lokojo-Benin Road and Lokoja-Abuja Road.

“After this week, the upper week, which is in two weeks, I will begin the inspection of roads, and I will settle down only when I have seen all your projects and the new ones we intend to do.

“So, we will be touring the six geopolitical zones to see things for ourselves.”

(Atiku won Naked Masquerade Pata Pata, He wants to expose secret identity of BATMAN, no wonder BATMAN hired 5 Lawyers)

- My submission is that Atiku has smelt a rat with respect to the CSU documents tendered by Olanipekun SAN at the PEPT and like Sherlock Holmes, is on a journey of discovery to identify and expose that Rat to the world.

This Rat will cost some professionals their reputations, send some to jail and most likely cost BAT MAN his presidency.

The real PEPT venue has been shifted to Chicago and it is there in the The United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division that the Epic Battle of BATMAN’s Disqualification will be fought and decided. We are all spectators in this matter. Let’s all grab our popcorns. August 23 is not far.
