@solo_levelingx Why are you sitting there complaining when I've been posting to get long. If you were long you would be in the money and just chilling.
Market Game Plan for Today
The Core PPI came out this morning at 830 and was a nothingburger. The market is still holding at the current levels which is bullish. At some point we're going to come out of this consolidation and blast off to new highs.
The higher daily timeframe keeps be aligns to the market direction without all the drama and noise of the intraday action.
$QQQ is consolidating and the MAs are starting to curl up. This is bullish.
$SPY is still near all time highs and consolidating. This is bullish.
My $TQQQ, $DELL, and $HPE are working so there's nothing to do with them other than to let them work. My $SHOP and $EQX are struggling a bit but they're on a tight leash so I will drop them if they don't find life this week or next.
@t0mbfx This is the truth. Unfortunately ppl are on here to quit their jobs and buy an island. 10 years later they may finally understand this is the way if the market hasnโt taken everything from them yet.
@DixonCapital The "prop futures funding" trading space exists because of full port traders. There's no long term sustainability or proper risk management. Why traders think they can yolo 20 prop firm account, get a payout, and responsibly trade their own money is beyond me.
@TheWolfOfWebull You're mixing poor risk management with the most efficient market. There are close to zero inefficiencies in futures and beginners have almost no long term chance of survival there. If there is an inefficiency, it's arb'ed out in a nanosecond.
@DreFutures I post my trades on X but no one seems to want to grow their accounts slowly and safely. X seems to be full of prop firm 1-min chart traders who want to flip their account into a lambo on 1 trade.
@jacobiinvest Congrats on even having the cash to think about this. Most think the hardest part is to make the money but I'd argue it's harder to grow it safely. Park some in T-bills or equivalent, then invest the rest. Like multi-year position trading.
@Create_Profit What's not normal is comparing yourself through a lens of money at 22. Money is just money, you can make it, you can lose it, it's just money and once you make it you'll realize it means nothing but some digits in an account.
I am really trying to help. First, you need to get out of the prop account madness. The only people making serious money are the "prop firms" handing out sim accounts for a fee. Second, you need to get out of the futures space and trade equities as futures are by far the most efficient market. Third, trade a higher timeframe unless you like getting emotional with every single little move and being chained to your desk all day.
@OptionsBuffett This is the most unrealistic BS post. You're getting ppl to chase unicorn trades that only come around once in a lifetime. Keep selling the dream.
@DiegoBTrades 50k a month from what? Return on equity matters for context. 50k/mo from a 1mil account, sure that's 5%. The problem is that people think they can turn their $500 dollar account into a monthly 50k/mo.
