Last week I attended our school board’s retirement celebration. An awkward event with very few retirees attending. I almost didn’t go, but decided to go and make a statement. Our teachers have done a lot of work to make our spaces safe for all of our students. ICU

2 things I've learned since:

1. The best "interior decorating" a T can do is declutter their "interior" biases.
2. An overly decorated classroom leads to cognitive load.
