From 5:30-7:30pm on Halloween, all of our chapters will be hosting stops for local trick or treaters, with 5 groups being along Broadway!
While you’re out, make sure to swing by other stops, including Dahl Chapel, the Center for Science and Business (CSB), and more!
The Monmouth College Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) community wanted to let everyone know that this week is National Hazing Prevention Week! Our community reaffirms our strict stance against hazing in all its forms.
The 2025 Induction Ceremony for the Lambda Class will take place at 10am in the Mellinger Commons of our Center for Science and Business (CSB) on Saturday, October 18th (over Homecoming weekend). We hope to see many of you there to celebrate these outstanding individuals!
We are honored to announce this year’s inductees into Monmouth College’s Fraternity and Sorority Alumni Hall of Fame! Congratulations to Kristin Whitver Fouts ‘03 (Kappa Kappa Gamma) and Debra Jackowniak Scarlett ‘95 (Pi Beta Phi)!
For our new students, and a reminder to our returning students - the Student section for all @RollScotsFB games is the section in the bleachers next to the band - seen here to the right. We do not allow standing against the railing! Thanks for your cooperation and #RollScots
One of the benefits of joining a fraternity or sorority is having the opportunity to travel and connect with undergraduates, alumni, and volunteers from across the nation!
There are still opportunities to join through COB, so anyone still interested should get in contact with our organizations to learn about what they have coming up in the next few weeks!

Monmouth College Formal Sorority Recruitment 2025 - No Matter Which Way You Go, You Can’t Go Wrong!
This past Saturday, our Panhellenic hosted Bid Day to welcome new members into our sororities following formal/primary recruitment!
Each of our chapters matched with 6 new members, with a few additional ones joining us through continuous open bidding (COB)!
Shoutout to our Panhellenic recruitment team, the recruitment counselors, and each chapter’s membership/recruitment VPs for their hard work!
As the Panhellenic Council (governing council of our 3 sororities) prepares for their formal recruitment from Aug 19-23, they wanted to provide some definitions of common terms used during the process!
We get that some of the language used can be confusing or overwhelming (even for those of us running recruitment), so always feel free to ask questions! We’re here to help you find your sisterhood!
Congratulations to all of our FSL students who were named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2025 semester! 55.2% of our fraternity and sorority members achieved this honor!
We are extremely proud of all of our chapters and their academic accomplishments this semester. As always, thank you to all the faculty and staff that made this semester another great one!
This semester, our FSL students once again earned a higher GPA than unaffiliated students, continuing to show that Monmouth does fraternities and sororities the right way.
Additionally, we had 61 sorority and 30 fraternity members (55.2% of our Greeks) named to the Dean’s List!
Special shoutout to Pi Beta Phi for having the highest GPA among all chapters, and also to Sigma Phi Epsilon for having the highest GPA among fraternities!
Zeta Beta Tau also deserves recognition for improving their chapter GPA the most from last fall to this spring.
