Assuming you cant reach the collaterals, are you comfortabe to gently embolize from here? I often see unreachable collaterals (usually pudendal), only on my firm injection and it can definitely throw me for a loop

Why is technique so much more important than device in PAE? Great example of the #haloeffect and light injection vs only slightly harder when the PA is from a MRA. Fill ant & post collaterals and it can very misleading on angio or worse cbct
