I’ve been fine-tuning a LoRA for the new MiniMax H3 video model on cyberpunk film data, with a heavy Ghost in the Shell / Blade Runner aesthetic.

I also fixed the training/inference code for H3’s joint audio-video path so the audio branch is correctly preserved and conditioned during adapter training and generation.

Results are looking really good. Going to clean everything up and put the LoRA, training code, and audio fixes on Hugging Face tomorrow.
