@FL_Kingsnake@Texaggie79@Parkway_Pro_@FIFAWorldCup@jacksonhinkle@grok Explain why they escalated to a LEO. In California, where this game was hosted, Security is not trained for physical altercation. They're trained to escalate to a LEO, have them physically removed & trespassed. They can ask you to leave but they're not allowed to enforce
@Texaggie79@Parkway_Pro_@FIFAWorldCup@jacksonhinkle@grok Look up the laws. They are to escalate to Law Enforcement. Security had no place to do this after the Officer disengaged. Security should have simply documented and re-engaged Law Enforcement for Trespassing.
@sofia_karina@Parkway_Pro_@FIFAWorldCup@jacksonhinkle WRONG
Private property does not give security police powers. They can ask someone to leave and call law enforcement, but they cannot physically manhandle someone without lawful cause... which in this case, having a flag is not one of them. Police declined to remove them
@2025surfin@Parkway_Pro_@FIFAWorldCup@jacksonhinkle Still doesn't justify Security overstepping. Private property does not give security police powers. They can ask someone to leave and call law enforcement, but they cannot physically manhandle someone without lawful cause... which in this case, having a flag is not one of them.

This guy fights an ALPR ticket with the kind of words that only come from experience
Take a look at him. He’s an Everyman. He’s not a great orator, he’s dressed like he just got off work, but he went and did it. He spoke his piece. He exercised his first amendment right to a redress of grievances.
So should we ALL
