Do not buy @currys own brand Logik! Bought a washer dryer and within a year they had to come out 4 x to try and repair it! I’m now left with a broken unit that doesn’t work and Currys don’t want to have anything to do with it!

@BritishGas after numerous attempts finally organised an engineer to replace a gas meter. Had everything confirmed to then have no-one turn up and now I’m without gas! Trying to contact British Gas is impossible!!!!

@VictoriaPlumUK very disappointed with this company. It is impossible to contact them and we have been waiting for a refund for 7 months. We have emailed them, used their live chat, and have had no response! Do not use this company!

@BritishGas very poor service. Have booked an engineer out over 4 weeks ago. Comes to the door, puts a card through saying no one was home WITHOUT ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. We were meant to also be notified when they were en-route but received no phone call!
