Erster Eingriff mit neuem OP-Roboter Da Vinci Xi in #Marburg erfolgreich durchgeführt!!! 2cm großer #Nierentumor über 4 kleine Zugänge minimal-invasiv entfernt und #Niere unbeschadet erhalten. Künftig auch Entnahme von Nieren zur #Lebendspende mit OP-Roboter geplant.👏👍🏥

Interesting case report for a late presentation of a congenital urological anomaly:
36 y/o female presenting with recurrent one-sided pyelonephritis for the past year.
Sonography findings alone were able to make the diagnosis:
