It's not one size fits all, but for me vit d, vit b complex, magnesium exercise and eating well really help. If nothing else it's a good place to start.
Magnesium does a lot for keeping crazy sweet cravings at bay!
@sabr_mx Came on here to say it’s called PMDD but realised others have mentioned it too. There are many organisations like @viciouscyclepmd and @MEvPMDD @ipmddglobal who have great tolls and information on this. They helped me a lot many years ago.
