Today we remember Marielle Franco, born #OnThisDay.
She was a Brazilian politician, feminist & human rights activist who spoke out for minorities in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, and was assassinated in 2018.
As her courage continues to inspire us, she will always be with us.
