@ExpediaUK was due to go to prague TODAY! Hotel Perla have confirmed they will give me 100% refund but I have to go through you. No option on your website to do this. Tried calling you for last 2 days, no contact. Please HELP issue refund

@MFestNW @ExpediaUK I have tried calling too and have had no luck. We have limited time to get our claim in to our travel insurance too. The hotels in question is nearing on £2000, so don’t really want to lose that!
