Contrary to popular belief, TJ success isn’t guaranteed. Fury 2021 & Ahmad 2024 show 40–70% of MLB pitchers never return to prior performance. Isn’t now the time to explore every plausible solution?
@kcrehabguy@ChrisCampMD@EricBowmanMD@drchrisahmad Weakness overhead? Or with arm adducted? Most nerve studies are normal unless really advanced or cervical disease. If overhead, assess pec minor and scapular mechanics. Can have infraclavicular site of nTOS.

⚠️A successful surgery DOES NOT guarantee a successful rehab⚠️
As @MFury16 states, the rehab specialist you work with and the plan you follow is just as important as who performs your surgery.
The role of the surgeon more or less comes to a stop once surgery is complete. Your surgeon may provide insights on progress and timelines, but if you think your surgeon can provide therapeutic care, mobilization techniques, prescriptive exercise, a dynamic throwing program, etc., you’re just wrong.

We continue to push forward to help our throwers navigate the return to performance. It’s been a rewarding experience to collaborate with a group of people who lay their head down at night thinking about how we can do better.
@jbrettgoodloe@DeepRunHoops Breakdown: Sees the court well. Lacks dynamic ball skills but plays defense with a high motor and shows great effort and intent on off-ball screens to facilitate other playmakers
Lamar Baseball:
1) Second most wins in the country
2) swept the Big 12 Champions on the road
3) Played Alcorn State last Tuesday because the selection committee told us not to cancel the game even though it dropped us 7 spots in the RPI
Our kids deserve to be in a regional!
