Over the past 10 years, Mayor Bowser has redeveloped Skyland Town Center from a stalled project into a vibrant neighborhood with retail, housing, and soon, homeownership opportunities.

This morning, our Director of Real Estate, Latrena Owens, joined Mayor Bowser for a tour of the new model homes and a visit to the Lidl grocery store.

This project reaffirms the Bowser Administration’s commitment to delivering East of the River and for Ward 7 residents.
