Nasihat aku kepada yang kecewa:
1) JANGAN marah pengundi
2) JANGAN angggap kita lagi pandai dari orang lain
3) Merendah diri, baiki diri, rawat hati, esok hari lawan lagi.
Arsenal don't need Vini Jnr to cook your club, Chelsea. We have been cooking and roasting your club without him so don't make it look like we need him to cook you. For context, the UK has had 5 Prime Ministers, and Buhari was the president of Nigeria since the last time Chelsea beat Arsenal. Know your place 10th
Thanks @1Rnggt for putting kerugian Tabung Haji dalam angka yang semua orang boleh hadam. Rugi 10 bilion = tampung kos haji B40 selama 20 tahun. 20 tahun. Chemical shed the perps.
The Star today reported that Kedah Menteri Besar Sanusi is ready to demand RM300 million annually from the Federal Govt over the so-called "Penang lease".
My opinion-allow the rakyat to understand the complete facts.
(1) Article 167(7) of the Federal Constitution only requires the Federation to continue the historical annual payment to Kedah. It does not declare that Penang remains leased land, provide any market-value revision formula or entitle Kedah to RM300 million.
(2) Article 1(2) expressly recognises Kedah & Penang as two separate states of the Federation. Whatever happened during British rule, modern Penang is constitutionally not land rented from Kedah.
(3) Sanusi claims that the British deceived the Sultan of Kedah & lacked legitimate ownership. That colonial history may deserve academic investigation, but alleged wrongdoing in 1786 does not automatically invalidate later treaties or override today’s Federal Constitution.
(4) The original constitutionally continued payment was RM10,000 annually. In 2018, the PH federal govt approved an additional RM10 million annual special contribution to Kedah. It was a unilateral federal policy decision-not a court-assessed lease rental.
(5) At that time, Kedah itself was governed by the PH coalition under Menteri Besar Mukhriz Mahathir. Therefore, the increased contribution showed federal support for Kedah; it was not legal proof that Penang remained under lease.
(6) Sanusi has disclosed no independent valuation, contractual review formula or constitutional provision justifying RM300 million. He previously demanded RM100 million, but now wants RM300 million. Where is the calculation & legal basis?
(7) Sanusi says previous Kedah leaders were afraid to speak because they belonged to the same party as the Prime Minister. Yet he admits raising the matter with Muhyiddin when PN controlled Putrajaya. If Kedah’s case was already so strong, why did that friendly PN govt neither pay the demand nor take it to court?
(8) Sanusi says he is waiting for a "more neutral situation". Courts exist precisely to decide disputes independently of political convenience. If all the documents are ready & the case is solid, file it & allow the evidence to be tested publicly.
(9) The Conference of Rulers may discuss or facilitate the matter, but it does not replace the courts in determining constitutional liability. To date, no court has ruled that Penang remains leased from Kedah or awarded Kedah RM300 million annually.
Kedah has every right to negotiate for better federal allocations, but Sanusi should not present a political demand as an established constitutional debt.
Instead of spending public time and money pursuing RM300 million without first proving the legal entitlement, Sanusi should focus on attracting investment, building industries, creating skilled jobs & increasing Kedah’s own revenue. A state is developed through sound economic management-not by demanding hundreds of millions from Putrajaya without producing anything in return.

The RCI into Tabung Haji found that it paid tens of millions of ringgit in staff bonuses between 2010 and 2017, ranging from two to 13 months' salary, despite facing financial difficulties.
The report stated that TH should have recorded a net loss of RM1.4 billion in 2017 instead of a profit of RM3.4 billion in its financial statements.

Bina loji air, pasang paip air, tapi pam air tak ada? 🤦🏻♂️
Dulu masa tender, letak harga M&E terlalu rendah. Sekarang bila tak boleh nak deliver, guna alasan COVID, lepas tu minta tambah kos dari Kementerian Ekonomi.
Orang Kedah panggil, time is of the essence.

It makes me sad that we've not heard anything from Arsene Wenger in all of this. Surely, surely he can't be happy with what Infantino is doing? When Arsene talks, people across the world listen. But he's been silent - and still is.
A man of his standing, integrity, position and influence needs to take a stand about something that is so clearly against everything he has always seeminly stood for - the good of the game.
My captain took the armband as a 23 year old with a squad full of youngsters and led them to a PL title and a CL final. He also took Norway to a WC Quarter Final for the first time in history.
Reece James needs Chelsea to sign 35 years olds who have played their entire career in the PL to help him control his squad.
Everything Chelsea say somehow comes back to Arsenal. Their transfer strategy, their players, their interviews… it’s always Arsenal. That’s a small-club mentality.
The part of David Ornstein's report that really got me thinking wasn't even that Arsenal are exploring a move for Vinícius Júnior. It was the phrase "idea approved at all levels."
That line says a lot.
To me, it means this isn't one of those transfers where a sporting director likes a player but the owners aren't convinced, or where Mikel Arteta wants someone but the board is hesitant. It sounds like everyone at the club is on the same page.
If that's the case, then Arsenal already know exactly how expensive this deal would be. They know the transfer fee, they know the wages, they know the competition they'll face, and yet they're still willing to explore it.
That's why I don't think we'd see the kind of penny-pinching or back-and-forth we saw with the Morgan Rogers situation. Vinícius is a genuine world-class player. If Arsenal truly believe he's available and they want him, then they'll pay what it takes.
And honestly, that's the biggest takeaway for me.
So far this summer, I have complained that Arsenal wouldn't spend at the very top end of the market. But this tells me the club is ready to break the bank when they believe the player is worth it.
Premium players cost premium money.
Whether this deal happens or not is another story, but if Ornstein is saying the idea has been approved at all levels, then Arsenal are showing ambition. They're not just window shopping, they're preparing themselves for a move that could completely change the level of this team.
Now let's see if this goes beyond an idea and turns into something real.
