A view into my mind. ~
You'll find tech, strategy, economics and behavioral psychology to connect it all. ~
Product Leader by title, methodical doer by heart.
@AISafetyMemes 🤯 What's most interesting is the rate of improvement here.
Humans are not ready for that rate of change of AI becoming better/faster at more and more of what highly skilled and highly paid people do today.
We're over the moon to have made the Inc. 5000 again! 🚀
We'd like to thank every Bitmover, customer, partner and industry friend who made it possible.

@Mehran8282@onejasonknight Ideally in Vienna but remote in Europe is fine if there is willingness to travel from time to time to have facetime with the team. Overall we work hybrid.
@simplybastow@onejasonknight That's great! #productgoals
However, it's not always the product's fault the demo doesn't work. 😅
Internet failure, permission mixup, configuration oversight, ... There is so much that can go wrong even if the product is rock solid.
@shreyas I love to start with:
- What is your hook?
- What is your goal?
- What emotion do you want to create?
- What is your theme?
- What is your dismount?
Once those are answered the rest writes itself 🙌🏼
There are endless debates over whether team, money raised, or early customer traction are most vital for startup success
A recent, very long-term study of high tech startups found the best predictor of survival is fast product-market fit, beating team & 💰https://t.co/rOvYT7u73i
As a PM I find that approach interesting. One of those times I'd like to be able to peek a couple of years into the future to find out today how this worked out.
5. To pull this off, we'll operate off of a multi-year roadmap with two major product releases a year, which will keep us working in a highly coordinated way
A simple rule to follow for better communication in #productmanagement:
- Communicate intention, NOT result
Stakeholders will thank you!
Ex: If you are preparing something which eventually becomes relevant to engineering, let them know when you start, not only when you finish.
@ElenaVerna@bbalfour@reforge wondering if there are any good examples of growth loops for (enterprise) B2B SaaS? All the examples I can find are for B2C or SMB B2B SaaS 🤔 anything like @twilio or @stripe would be helpful
Committing to a year’s worth of roadmap is like saying “I’m not going to learn anything new that could change my mind” and that’s a self-fulfilling prophecy.
