@hitsdiffcap Many parts of NYC have this already. Just sit on that for a bit. In Manhattan many neighborhood and business area orgs employ people to push trash cans around and clean up the streets and empty the trash cans. This isn’t a not doing it problem, it’s a culture problem.

@AdamHoltererer Costs mostly. Land is cheaper than the vertical structure. Also the cost to pump coolant that high at the flow rate needed would not insignificantly increase power demands which takes away from the productive power budget.
