@JSX423 depends how you look at it. If you see it as an attack on your post, then I should unsubscribe because I was trying to add value, but if you dont see it that way....
@JSX423 Dude this is an international platform. We have FSD here in Aus. Telling someone not to post cause they don't know your local laws is not very respectful.
It creeps forward to get visibility to the road’s edge. I don’t see an issue with this.
I can’t tell if it has already crossed the “oh shit” line after gaining visibility.
It decided “it’s safe, no oncoming cars” and commits. A split second later, it saw the oncoming car to the left and indecisiveness kicked in.
I have never seen any model reverse during a “creep for visibility” if the situation becomes hairy with the nose poking out.
The behavior is very similar to Chuck’s turn, but the visibility issue on Chuck’s turn is on the left, not the right.
The model has to pick a prediction. In that split second there are obviously too many possible paths for it to choose from given the instant environmental conditions.
It looks like the model is not fully aware of the “oh shit” line, so that also needs refinement. If it did cross the "oh shit" line, then the indecisiveness can be justified (and just needs refinement), if it did this before, then this is a serious issue that needs to be fixed.
@JSX423@Steven_TheLeo 5 years of v14 architecture? Each architecture iteration has had regression during its development. I've seen it with v10, v11, v12 and v13. It sucks seeing regression.
@TeslaAUNZ Tesla. Fix the Tesla app purchase for HW3 cars. They think they are getting FSD. No where does it state its "Upcoming". FIX IT. This is wrong.
@Gfilche@Tesla@robotaxi While AI4 v13 (robo taxi uses later version obviously) is working, I do believe we need a model with more params for millions of rides. The new 10x param model they are currently working on (I think) will be sufficient
@OzPollies@Bowenchris You obviously appease your audience. https://t.co/6ILImbWVTG
Without Gov, private sector already has renewables that meet more then 70% of grid demand during the day.
Don't take my word for it, do the research yourself.
