🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tens of thousands of Spencer Pratt voters are now receiving rejection letters from the county clerk saying that their ballots were not counted due to signature irregularities. Yet, Governor Gavin Newsom just passed legislation that would make it illegal for anyone conducting oversight, to contest signatures that they deemed fraudulent. Democrats allow ballots to be signed with an X, a -, or a 🙂 to pass and count, but all of a sudden, only Republican signatures are being flagged for irregularities, rejected, and not counted. 🤔 One of these California Republican voters said that his signature has been on file for over 20 years and there has never been an issue until he voted for Spencer Pratt. Nithya Ramen has beaten Spencer Pratt by less than 3000 votes. There are at least 18,000 Pratt voters who received this letter saying their votes were rejected.

H-1B FRAUD RING BUSTED IN CALIFORNIA

Sampath Rajidi and Sreedhar Mada, both 51, of Dublin, CA, just pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit visa fraud.

Rajidi ran two IT staffing firms (S-Team Software, Uptrend Technologies). Mada was the Chief Information Officer at UC Agriculture & Natural Resources in Davis.

Here’s the scheme:

They filed H-1B petitions claiming foreign workers would staff “University of California” projects. Mada used his UC title to make it look legit.

The jobs didn’t exist.

Once the visas were approved, they quietly marketed those workers to OTHER employers, having already secured the H-1B slots on false pretenses.

Both face up to 5 years + $250K fines. Sentencing is July 30.

The program isn’t broken by accident. It gets gamed on purpose.

Makhijani and a subordinate forged documents in Adobe, altered metadata, and submitted the falsified records to the victim bank, while also providing misleading explanations during calls and in spreadsheets.

If convicted, Makhijani faces a statutory maximum sentence of 30 years in federal prison. He is expected to make his initial appearance this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, California. All defendants are presumed innocent until convicted in court.

On May 27, he signed legislation making it a crime to seize cast ballots from the custody of election officials.

According to Pew Research, 83% of Americans support requiring a government issued photo ID to vote.

Here’s how things stand today:

Only 23 states require a photo ID to vote.

13 more require some form of identification.

14 states (plus D.C.) do not require voters to show any ID at the polls. 👀

Yet we need an ID for:

- Boarding a commercial flight
- Opening a bank account
- Buying a home
- Renting an apartment
- Renting a car
- Buying alcohol
- Buying tobacco products
- Purchasing a firearm
- Collecting Social Security benefits
- Getting a passport
- Obtaining a driver’s license
- Registering a vehicle
- Picking up prescriptions
- Checking into a hotel
- Purchasing a cell phone
- Entering a nightclub

But requiring an ID to hire the most powerful employee in America is considered offensive?

By the way, California is one of the states that does not require a photo ID to vote.
