MM moves beyond taxation and public accountability, while private telecom power grows and the state remains weak. #Somalia did not escape exclusion. It digitised it.

@ProfHusseinWar P4/ Access to a mobile wallet is not equivalent to access to credit, savings protection, insurance, investment or economic security. Celebrating account numbers and transaction volumes therefore confuses digital circulation with financial empowerment... etc.
