@RippleXrpie Tracking shows the Senate Banking Committee has also rescheduled a markup for its version of crypto market rules (often described as the “CLARITY Act”) to January 29 at around 3:30 PM UTC (which is about 10:30 AM ET).

Had 2 x 50K XFA's with a combined balance of 50K, got dry shagged with the platform issues in Dec, 1 payout away from moving live. Not holding much hope, its gone downhill from there.

Me too. I have had a generic response that nothing will be fixed and offered a $199 credit. I have 2 XFAs with a 50K balance, 1 payout from moving live. I have asked @Topstep to review it manually, rather than a canned response. It just isn’t good enough at all.
