@CountBinface How long before your house gets doxxed or you have to show your actual face? Humour in elections has its place. It will not be in Clacton you tit :( No threat intended at all, just a reality check for how serious candidates have to deal with such matters.
@KathrynPorter26@neso_energy I'm getting a fair bit of 'Supermarkets unable to deliver Frozen foods due to power problems'. Anyone else experiencing this?
@TweedyPubs One of the finest pints I ever had was a London Pride at the Fat Cat in Ipswich. Quite a bit lower % than my usual choices, but it was kept so well :)
@RupertMyers Perhaps it IS a no-brainer... but just not in the direction you are thinking? I working in a UK planning dept. for a year. The number of solar panel covered car ports in planning applications during that time? Can't recall any :(
@KathrynPorter26@UKLabour The Labour Government also allowed Social Housing providers to increase rents up to 1% over the appropriate inflation measure. Affordable housing was defined as being no more than 80% market rate, but within a decade that will be 90%.
@LiamHalligan Aside from your own excellent posts: Are there any individuals or organisations that you would recommend people follow/subscribe to in order to improve their own knowledge and/or support the said folks?
@TheFreds@LucyTCWife Nice one! I joined a few months ago. I don't have much money, but the situation in the UK has gotten so bad, that every bit helps.
@hoyer_kat@ToppingsEdin@ToppingsStAs It has to be a deep fried Spam fritter, or even the spherical version of that, which I believe is referred to as a 'Bebys Head' . Apologies for murdering of any Scottish accent, let alone Glaswegian!
@DavidDavisMP The Sikh blade exception for carrying should be amended so that the blade has to be welded into the scabard, and cannot therefore be used as an edged weapon.
@IainDale Watching commentors trying to dispute the Supply & Demand curve would be pure comedy gold... except that politicians have implemented the mass immigration policy, very much to the detriment of British workers :(
@DanielaGabor@AndyBurnhamGM@ZackPolanski Read it and winced. Utter nonsense that would force Pension funds to invest in failing UK Govt. schemes and ignore that other Govts. are able to borrow at far lower rates because they are trusted to pay the money back, unlike in the UK.
