Following this tweet in 2022, I decided to buy a 1973 Range Rover that had fallen into disrepair and have it rebuilt. After 9 long months, my "new" car is finally ready.

My son and I will be driving it back home tomorrow. However, it's in Cornwall, and we live in Angus, almost 600 miles away. It's an ambitious first trip in a 51 year old car that's been off road for over 20 years, but what's life if not an adventure?

For those interested, I will post regular updates on our journey up to Scotland.

@RumeliGirl @theashleyray They offered me a similar role that I was a lot happier with. Went from managing 55 people to 3. Stayed there another 7 years before I took vol redundancy.

@RumeliGirl @theashleyray I went off with severe work- related stress. I was working longer and longer hours to keep up and eventually fell over. I got good help, came back and insisted there was a re-organisation. I was later replaced by 3 people.

The Banff Wildlife Crossings Project was implemented in Banff, Alberta.

Combined with fencing to keep the animals off the road, the structures have reduced animal-vehicle collisions in the area by more than 80% (>96% for elk and deer alone).
