@GrageDustin@elonmusk Yes - and Walz said all that while Tesla was a top-10 holding in the state’s actively managed U.S. stock fund!! During his VP run it was revealed that he has very little net worth - basically counting on entitlements. Still haven’t figured out what his competency is.
@LoganMohtashami Thank you!! Candidly you are the only RE analyst I pay attention to (listen to you and Sarah weekly (as a RE investor) but was curious if you had any thoughts. Do builders really have that many months of inventory? He had charts!
@nickgerli1 “Hoping the market bounces back”… from what and to what? Most markets have a healthy & balanced average days on market now (finally). Interest rate is high 5’s … not bad by historical measures.
It’s the damn increase in property taxes and insurance that is causing pain.
@F1GuyDan Aaah yes, before it became the contrived contest it is today (energy harvesting, artificial boost, list and coast, etc). And the sounds back then. Beyond glorious.
@housecor Like anything it depends on use case. A Rivian costs $75-80 at superchargers on a road trip. Way more than a modern suv for same miles. Then add in very expensive insurance and depreciation and in this case, a Rivian is a financial setback. Agree Tesla is a win for local miles
@foundmyfitness I sort of wonder if it is just an extension of aerobic training time. For example: 30min of cycling followed by 30min of sauna - greater or equal to one hour of cycling?
If I am training 10- 12 hours a week on the bike - can I gain more aerobic / VO2 benefit by adding sauna ?
@elonmusk It’s more than a little challenging for young people at the moment - on one hand Elon suggests no need to save for the future - yet last week said anyone producing bits will likely soon lose their job to AI.
@wadelentz Spend the money on a sub zero - they go 25 years easy. Otherwise - you are right - most household brands are junk. LG is the best of the non super premium.
