Community Service Officer Dostal was able to pull this cute little kitten to safety. The kitten fell down into an 8 inch pipe and was not able to get out. We are happy to report the kitten is doing fine.

Burnsville Officers would like to thank Mr. Prom who saw a fully engulfed trash can leaning against a residence. Mr. Prom grabbed the barrel & moved it from the house & used his bare feet to stomp out the trail of fire which caused burns to his feet. Thank you! Job well done sir!

Some wonderful tips that I observed from watching other drivers

-For best traction, smash the gas petal all the way to the floor fast
-Clear as little snow off your car as possible

Lots of police departments will allow you to use their facilities as a safe place to meet when buying and selling items online.

They'll often have monitored areas in their lobbies or parking lots.

Please take advantage of these safe zones this holiday season.
