Most renters that claim they have a service animal have it for emotional support and that animal isn't trained or even certified they just paid for it

@PRlNCESSKlNK Highly unlikely a young child runs off and bites or eats another animal/person. Also the dmg a child can cause is much easier to repair. Animal urine regardless of chemical or technique is impossible to get out of fabrics/ concrete/ grout. 20yrs of apt. Maintenance animals r bad
