[Michelle Ognisanto @MOgnisanto]

@TicketmasterCS Hi I have messaged you.

[Michelle Ognisanto @MOgnisanto]

@TicketmasterCS But I have not had a confirmation of my change from 2 standing to 2 seating and on my account it now says that I have 4 standing.

[Michelle Ognisanto @MOgnisanto]

@TicketmasterCS That I could change standing tickets to seating, so I called to do this and paid an extra £52 to do so. But not had a confirmation of this.

[Michelle Ognisanto @MOgnisanto]

@TicketmasterCS Robbie Williams tickets were bought online, I then had a voicemail a few weeks back that adv me that changes to seating plan had been made.

[Michelle Ognisanto @MOgnisanto]

@TicketmasterCS Hi yes I phoned up and it was done over the phone as it was due to seating plan changing, I paid an extra £52 for the change.

[Michelle Ognisanto @MOgnisanto]

@TicketmasterUK I changed 2 standing tickets for 2 seating and my account is now saying I have 4 standing, please explain this?
