If you love your kidneys then please:

Don't bleach your skin, your skin absorbs
Don't abuse Herbal concoctions
Don't abuse NSAIDs eg: Diclofenac, etc
Don't smoke, including shisha
Don't abuse alcohol
Avoid too much salt: Can lead to hypertension which can damage your kidneys
