During oral arguments, a Georgia Supreme Court justice pressed a state attorney over citations… and they didn’t exist. Not misquoted. Not outdated. Nonexistent cases.

Let that sink in — legal arguments built on cases that can’t even be found.

In a system that depends on precedent and truth, this is a serious problem. If the foundation is shaky, everything built on top of it is too.
