Launched in December 2025, the https://t.co/Ey9ZCH0Tyh system gives military personnel, civilians, and contractors access to commercial frontier AI models like Google Gemini, OpenAI's ChatGPT, and xAI.

These AI models provide the ability to deploy trained algorithms to a server or cloud platform so applications can send data to them and receive predictions in real time.

Custom AI agents are autonomous software systems that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks across external tools and databases. Unlike static chatbots that only answer prompts, custom agents take a high-level goal and independently drive workflows to deliver final results.

Example of a Custom AI agent:
➡️ Manual: During online exams, human proctors are assigned to monitor live video feeds from students’ webcams. They watch multiple screens at once, looking for suspicious behavior such as students looking off-screen, using phones, or having someone else in the room.

➡️ Agent: YOLOv8 detects potential irregularities, flags timestamped clips for proctor review → proctor investigates and decides on action. (Note: YOLOv8 is a computer vision model used for detecting objects in images or video. The name stands for You Only Look Once, and it’s known for its speed and accuracy.)

These are truly amazing times.

Let’s take a moment to envision the following scenario:

A bureaucrat arrives to work in a Starlink-enabled fully self-driving Cybertruck. Seated at a terminal with multiple suspended monitors, he ports with ­Grok—­now integrated via a ‘mega API’ across all government databases. An AI agent alerts him to a few Pro-Life protesters spotted on a street corner in Boston by a camera equipped with facial recognition technology. The bureaucrat routes the notification to local law enforcement, which dispatches a team of armed officers along with a humanoid robot backup. The arrest is recorded by a drone, the footage subsequently posted on government websites. The perpetrators lose $500 on their upcoming monthly Universal Basic Income deposit for the offense.
