O que está a acontecer em Almada é surreal — já há mais de uma semana que a água é racionada após as 20h ou não há de todo em vários pontos do concelho, no eixo Almada-Costa da Caparica-Feijó.

Em plena vaga de calor, os habitantes não tem água para cozinhar ou tomar banho, os restaurantes são obrigados a fechar e os alojamentos a devolver o valor das estadias.

Foram precisos vários dias desta situação para ontem a câmara municipal fazer declarações.
